Our Services

Episodic Care - Walk-In Clinic
Episodic care refers to a single patient encounter focused on addressing a specific medical concern or injury. During the consultation, our priority is to evaluate, document, and provide immediate treatment tailored to the patient’s needs. This type of care is intended for individuals who may not require ongoing management but need prompt medical attention for an acute event, such as a car accident, a fall, a work-related injury, or a sudden worsening of a chronic condition. Patients receiving episodic care are typically stable and capable of managing their health, but a recent event has temporarily disrupted their well-being.

Post-Injury Evaluation
A post-injury evaluation is a critical step in assessing the extent of an injury and determining the most effective treatment plan. This process typically includes a thorough medical history review, physical examination, and imaging tests as needed. Our healthcare professionals evaluate pain levels, range of motion, and functionality to develop a personalized recovery plan. Whether the injury is due to a car accident, workplace incident, slip and fall, or another traumatic event, our comprehensive approach ensures a safe and effective recovery. Our goal is to help patients regain their mobility and return to daily activities, work, or sports as quickly and safely as possible.

Ortho & Spine
Surgical Consult
A surgical consultation is an essential step in evaluating an injury and determining the most appropriate treatment plan. During this office visit, a surgeon will assess your condition, discuss potential treatment options, and help you make an informed decision about your care. This consultation is also an opportunity to ask questions and gain a clear understanding of the procedure before giving consent.
What to Expect During a Surgical Consultation:
✅ Discussion: The surgeon will explain the procedure, including how it is performed, potential risks and benefits, and what to expect before, during, and after surgery.
✅ Questions: You will have the opportunity to ask about alternative treatments, the likelihood of success, and the expected recovery process.
✅ Recommendation: Based on your evaluation, the surgeon will recommend the best course of action. If surgery is not necessary, they will discuss alternative treatments and may schedule a follow-up appointment to monitor your progress."

Pain Management Procedures
Pain management procedures include a variety of treatments that can help identify and treat pain, including:
Epidural steroid injections: Corticosteroid medications are injected into the epidural space around the spinal nerves to reduce inflammation.
Nerve blocks: A local anesthetic is injected to block pain caused by specific nerves.
Joint injections: Anti-inflammatory medications are injected into joints to reduce pain.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP): A non-surgical, regenerative medicine treatment that can help with joint pain and chronic conditions.
Kyphoplasty: A balloon is threaded through an incision in the back to the site of a spine fracture, inflated to push the bone back into place, and cement is inserted.
...and so much more!
